Passavant Community Abundant Lights Christmas Festival: A Celebration of Giving and Joy

The Passavant Community was filled with holiday cheer during the annual Abundant Lights Christmas Festival, a heartwarming celebration that truly embodies the spirit of giving. This year’s festivities began with a 5K run and a 1-mile walk/run, attracting an enthusiastic crowd of 90 participants. Many runners and walkers, dressed in festive attire, raced through the Passavant and Glade Run campuses, their energy illuminating the community just as brightly as the decorations around them. The Abundant Lights Christmas Festival not only brings joy but also serves a purpose, raising funds for the Benevolent Care Fund and bringing together neighbors, families, and friends in the true spirit of generosity this season.

“The Abundant Lights Festival is a shining example of the generosity and community spirit that defines us,” said Jane Bittcher, Foundation President. “It’s incredible to see so many come together to celebrate, support one another, and contribute to the Benevolent Care Fund, which makes such a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.”
