LIFE Butler County Wins 2019 Employer of the Year Award Posted on November 20, 2019December 10, 2019 LIFE Butler County, one of four Lutheran SeniorLife partnership programs for alternative nursing home care, recently earned a 2019 Employer of the Year Award from the Tri-County Workforce Investment Board (TCWIB). Each year, TCWIB committee leaders select three award recipients within Armstrong, Butler and Indiana Counties based on their efforts to support the local workplace investment system and industry partnership program. LIFE Butler County won in Butler County for 2019. “We have a great relationship with TCWIB and are really invested in the community involvement this board affords us,” said Michelle Loncar, director of human resources. “LIFE Butler County works very hard in the community to develop future professional caregivers and it is an honor to see them recognized for all their efforts.” The program was further recognized during a TCWIB breakfast award ceremony at the Kittanning Country Club on Dec. 6.
