The Benbrook Place “Bowling Babes” Posted on September 1, 2026September 28, 2026 Every great sports team needs a nickname. Benbrook Place has the “Bowling Babes.” They hit the lanes and there was no one right way to get the job done. Bowling ramp, two hands, one hand. If the ball was headed toward the pins, that was good enough. Nobody was auditioning for the pro tour, it was all about fun. The only thing better than a day at the bowling alley? Finding out somebody else picked up the tab. A big thank you to Ed Protzman Jr., a friend of the bowling alley’s owner, who surprised the group by paying for everyone to bowl. It was an incredibly kind gesture that made an already great day at the lanes even better. Safe to say, the Bowling Babes haven’t rolled their last frame.
