Leadership Butler County Joins Lutheran SeniorLife for Inspiring Session on Aging and Innovation Posted on June 25, 2025 Lutheran SeniorLife welcomed Leadership Butler County to its LIFE Butler County location for an engaging session with President and CEO David Fenoglietto. He shared how the organization is redefining care for older adults through programs like LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly), which promotes independence and dignity for seniors. Fenoglietto emphasized the importance of leadership, collaboration, and compassion in building healthier communities. The Leadership class also toured the facility, led by Leslie Kisow, Executive Director of Community and LIFE Programs, for a closer look at how innovation is transforming aging services.
