Lutheran SeniorLife Wins National Customer Experience Award

Lutheran SeniorLife earned a 2021 Customer Approved Award from NRC Health on May 10.

This award recognizes senior living organizations across the country for generating an outstanding customer experience.

Lutheran SeniorLife ranked second out of the top five independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing organizations acknowledged and 2021 marks the third time Lutheran SeniorLife has received an NRC Health Award.

“Congratulations to our teams once again on winning the NRC Customer Approved Award for 2021,” said Vice President of Technology and Quality at Lutheran SeniorLife, Chuck Lamb.

“Given all of COVID-19’s challenges, I think this award is a testament to our focus on quality for the people we serve.”

To qualify for this distinction, organizations needed to possess a high percentage of respondents willing to recommend their senior living locations to friends and family.

NRC Health then selected winners based on strong Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and a high-validity proxy measure for loyalty.

“This past year has been incredibly difficult for everyone, but even in light of these hardships, healthcare systems from all over the nation have made the care experience a priority for their patients and residents,” said Helen Hrdy, Chief Growth Officer at NRC Health.

“We are incredibly moved by the dedication of these winning organizations and applaud them for what they do each day for the people they serve.”
