LIFE Butler County to Celebrate 15 Years of Empowering Seniors

Butler County – Living Independence for the Elderly (LIFE) Butler County is proud to announce the celebration of its 15th anniversary on Wednesday, Oct. 18 from 2 p.m. – 6 p.m., at 231 W Diamond St, Butler, PA 16001. Since its inception, LIFE Butler County has been a beacon of hope and support for older adults, empowering them to lead independent and fulfilling lives.

Founded in 2008, LIFE has consistently dedicated itself to providing comprehensive, person-centered services to seniors in Butler County, enabling them to age in place with dignity and grace. Over the past 15 years, LIFE has become a cornerstone of the community, and a testament to the organization’s dedication to the well-being of seniors.

LIFE’s 15th-anniversary celebration will be a momentous occasion, recognizing the remarkable achievements and milestones reached by the organization. The event will also serve as an opportunity to thank the dedicated staff, volunteers, and community partners who have played a pivotal role in LIFE’s success.  Highlights of the anniversary celebration include live music, cake and refreshments as well as tours of the center.

Leslie Kisow, Executive Director of LIFE, expressed gratitude for the community’s enduring support, saying, “It is with immense pride and gratitude that we celebrate 15 years of serving the older adult population of Butler County. We remain committed to our mission of empowering seniors to live independently and will continue to innovate and expand our services to meet the evolving needs of our community.”
