A Personal Touch Posted on April 3, 2020June 11, 2020 The generation most impacted by the COVID-19 virus are a large part of the population served through the programs and services of Lutheran SeniorLife. That generation, for the most part, lived during an era when writing and receiving letters was a big part of their lives. As many are currently isolated, whether within Lutheran SeniorLife or at home, we encourage community members to take the time to send anyone who you may know a personal note. Those of us at Lutheran SeniorLife have observed how much a personal note; a hand-written letter rather than an email, brightens their days. Take a moment to write someone you know. And drop us a note while you’re at it. Now more than ever, Lutheran SeniorLife needs the help of those who support us. Whether you join in helping with our face-mask drive, or help financially to support the increase in expenses for obtaining personal protective equipment (PPE) for staff and residents, or delivering meals to those in need; we do need your help – now more than ever. Sincerely, The Staff at Lutheran SeniorLife
