Clinical Manger, RN

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: LIFE Beaver County

Under the supervision of the Director, Clinical & Home Care Services, manages the flow of the clinic, leading all staff in provision of medical and nursing care, ensuring high quality standards and regulatory compliance. Coordinates services with primary care team and acts as a primary liaison for the clinic and nursing staff. Triages and assesses participants as needed and is the gatekeeper for daily clinic scheduling. Provides skilled nursing care to participants; implements physician, physician assistant and nurse practitioner orders. Provides training and education to participant, caregiver family and staff; and communicates participant’s condition to caregivers, primary care physician, and the interdisciplinary team. Supervises the clinic staff and registered nurses. Has direct oversight of all responsibilities for the staff in the clinic, including clinical educations, training/observations, reporting requirements, and competency evaluation.

Registered nurse in good standing, from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. BSN preferred.3 years of nursing experience, including 2 years nurse management experience, with 1 year experience working with a frail or elderly population preferred.

Applications Specialist

Trains users to use Windows, Financial, Clinical, and Office-based software applications. Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in MIS, computer science or business administration with course work in computers from four-year college or university with one year experience. Must have a working knowledge of relational databases and client server concepts.

Accountant II

Responsible for assisting with the daily accounting and preparation of all financial reporting, analyzing monthly financial statements and reconciling general ledger activity. Outstanding analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication skill required. Must be self-directed and effectively manage multiple deadlines. Possess a high level of computer skills. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; and 2 to 4 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Good oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills. Responsible for the overall coordination and smooth flow of timely information to the corporate office. Will provide effective support for report generation, either via system or PC spreadsheet applications, and will perform cashiering duties within the facility. Associate Billing I

The Associate Billing I is responsible for posting/applying the daily deposits to resident’s accounts for all payers; Private Pay, Medical Assistance, Medicare, and Commercial Insurance payers.  Responsible for inputting all resident ancillaries; Beauty & Barber, Transportation, Labs, Pharmacy, Telephone, X-rays etc. Must be able to read and understand the resident census status.  Responsible for maintaining and inputting all transactions for resident trust accounts. Must have basic insurance benefit eligibility knowledge. Must be able to understand and follow rules & regulations set by Medicare, Medicaid and 3rd party insurance commissions. High School Diploma or equivalent.  Working computer knowledge and ability to use a 10-key calculator. Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. Good customer service skills a must. Possess initiative, ability to work independently, be conscientious, dependable and detailed oriented. Must be neat, organized and the ability to meet deadlines. The Activities Technician works under broad supervision with general exercise of independent judgment in the planning, coordinating, and implementing of comprehensive multi-level recreational program to meet the needs of the residents. Assesses resident needs and implement activity/programs that encourage independence. This LPN manager will provide oversight of staff in the Adult Day Center in Ambridge. Position monitors staffing ratios, develops and monitors shower schedules, toileting schedules, provides direction and oversight to center staff. Must have a current LPN license in PA, at least 1 year of management experience, and at least one year of experience working with the frail elderly. Must also possess excellent communication skills, time management skills and computer knowledge.
