Marjorie Makes a Difference for Valley Care – You Can Too Posted on February 10, 2020June 11, 2020 The staff at Valley Care Adult Day Services would like to thank local resident, Marjorie DeAngelis, for more than four years of excellent volunteer service at their center in Ambridge Pa. Margie lived in Kenya for 15 years and enjoys writing poetry and short stories – she’s even in the process of publishing her first book. She enjoys telling our participants about her time living in Kenya and showing them items she collected from living there. Margie’s favorite part about volunteering is the friendships she’s formed with our participants. We are always looking for passionate volunteers, like Margie, who want to bring joy to the lives of our participants.
