Overbrook Pointe offers a new speaker series to the public

The public is invited to attend a series of free monthly programs being sponsored by Lutheran SeniorLife beginning in April, at Overbrook Pointe on the St. John Community campus in Mars.
The series, "Come. Learn. Grow." will feature speakers who are experts in a variety of fields, designed to cover a broad spectrum of topics.
The first three topics are:
April 25 - Seasonal Gardening Tips and Plant Care presented by Randy Soergel from Soergel Orchard in Wexford
May 23 - History of the North Hills and Southern Butler County presented by local history buff Joe Bullick
June 20 - How to Determine the Best Time to Begin Collecting Your Social Security presented by Josiah Hoffman, independent financial advisor with Creese, Smith and Co.
Future presentations will include topics such as How to Optimize Your Computer's Performance; Healthy Diet Ideas; Ways to Minimize the Risk of Identity Theft; and Latest Developments in Hearing Aids and Dental Implants.
