Wittenberg Place is a lovely and comfortable four-story apartment building. Its 72 apartments are offered in four different floor plans (from 450 to over 1200 square feet), but all apartments share the convenience of both a lovely dining room and an activity room for programs, church services, exercise and socializing. Included is a rental plan with no entrance fee that still permits the guarantee of lifetime care on the Passavant Retirement Community campus should you outlive your savings. All utilities except telephone are included, even basic cable, are included in your monthly rent.
