The Manor Home Apartments are two intimately scaled residential apartment buildings, each with only 12 apartments, which range in size from 1,325 to 1,550 square feet. The buildings feature a shared elevator and 24-hour security. A 90 percent refundable, non-declining entrance fee is also offered.
