The Manor Home Apartments are two intimately scaled apartment buildings (only 12 apartments each) in the midst of our beautiful new Villa homes. The apartments are available in three different, single level styles ranging in size from 1325 to 1550 square feet. All of the Manor Home Apartments come with the 90% refundable, non-declining entrance fee plan.
