Long term intermediate nursing care as well as skilled nursing is accessible in the Rehabilitation and Health Center at Passavant Retirement Community. Our Rehabilitation and Health Center is fully Medicare and Medicaid certified and accepts most insurance plans in western Pennsylvania. We also have strong and developed relationships with many hospice providers in the area.
