Luther Court

Luther Court, a government-subsidized apartment building for seniors, is located on the campus of Passavant Retirement Community. The four-story apartment building consists of 55 one-bedroom apartments. The building includes such amenities as a large recreation room, laundry facilities, and an outdoor patio.

One-bedroom apartments include window treatments, wall-to-wall carpeting, storage, and an equipped kitchen. Social activities and outings are planned in partnership with the residents. Free transportation into Zelienople is available Monday through Friday. Rent is based on income and includes water and sewage, as well as an emergency call system. Residents of Luther Court are encouraged to participate in the many planned activities available at Passavant Retirement Community.
