Outpatient Services

LIFE Beaver County offers a range of services similar to those in a nursing home. Each client has an individualized plan of care and services are developed to meet specific needs. Once enrolled, all services are provided and/or coordinated through the LIFE program, however the client is financially responsible for the use of services outside the LIFE network.

Outpatient services may include according to need:
• Medical specialist’s services
• Audiology and hearing aids
• Dentistry and dentures
• Optometry and glasses
• Podiatry
• Emergency room service
• Diagnostic testing
