LIFE Center

LIFE Beaver County clients receive most of their adult day care, medical care, rehabilitation and other services at the LIFE Center. Older adults also socialize, enjoy breakfast and lunch, participate in recreational activities and educational presentations, go on special event outings and may receive personal care services.

Drivers transport our clients to and from the Center as well as to other scheduled medical appointments managed through LIFE.

Each client receives individualized care and personal attention. The staff strives to help clients reach their highest levels of functioning, health and well-being.
