In Home Services

LIFE Beaver County offers a range of services similar to those in a nursing home. Each client has an individualized plan of care and services are developed to meet specific needs. Once enrolled, all services are provided and/or coordinated through the LIFE program, however the client is financially responsible for the use of services outside the LIFE network.

In Home services may include according to need:
• Skilled nursing care
• Meals
• Housekeeping, chore service, laundry
• Personal care
• Emergency response system
• Accessibility modifications • Automated medication dispensers
