Disclosure Statement
Lutheran SeniorLife Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that promotes the charitable interests of Lutheran SeniorLife, St. John Specialty Care Center, Passavant Retirement Community and other affiliated organizations described by Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Foundation was founded in September 1992.
The Foundation coordinates all giving to further the mission of Lutheran SeniorLife to serve elders, so that they will experience a more abundant life regardless of their physical condition or financial circumstances. The Foundation also maintains and manages quasi-endowment and endowment funds to fund Lutheran SeniorLife's care and services.
Lutheran SeniorLife Foundation is registered as a charitable organization with the Pennsylvania Department of State's Bureau of Charitable Organizations.
