Here, we provide short-term recovery services for patients transitioning from acute hospital care but are not yet ready to return home. Our interdisciplinary team provides a broad range of services, including physical, occupational and speech therapy; 24-hour-a-day respiratory therapy coverage; and nutritional support. Clinical management categories include Comprehensive Rehabilitation, Respiration/Ventilation Management, Wound Care and Complex Medical Care.
The Alzheimer’s Care Center
One of the largest and most comprehensive facilities of its size in the region, the Alzheimer’s Care Center meets the needs of individual residents at various stages of the disease. Individual and group activities, including music and pet therapy, culinary and leisure activities and ability based, raise self esteem to foster a better quality of life.
The Long-Term Nursing Center
To help our residents maintain their ability to live as independently as possible—that is our goal at our Long-Term Nursing Center. Here, we focus on restoring each resident’s ability to function with an elevated degree of independence and dignity. Restorative care nursing programs include range of motion exercises, transfer training, self-feeding programs, ambulation and personal hygiene. We also provide medical treatment, emotional support and opportunities for social interaction.
RoseCrest Assisted Living
RoseCrest Assisted Living is the newest addition to the Lutheran SeniorLife family of senior care residences and is located adjacent to St. John Specialty Care Center. RoseCrest accommodates 30 residents requiring memory support services who can participate in activities of daily living with assistance and 24-hour supervision. Members of our staff encourage all residents to use their retained skills according to their level of ability. Daily activities address the physical, spiritual, educational, psychological, cultural and creative needs of each resident.
